They are as nice as or nicer than the CZ guns for 1/2 the price. There is no middle man with the way these guns are marketed in this country, that's why they sell so cheap. They have ejectors and a barrel selector incorporated with the safety exactly like many other O/U’s. They are made in Turkey and sold only through Academy Sporting goods stores in this country.

I was looking for a small gauge O/U and two of my shooting friends, who both are shotgun nuts, recommended I take a look at these guns. I had never heard of these guns till a month ago. If you decide to buy outside of BPS, you might want to consider a Yildiz shotgun if you want an O/U or SxS. Been looking for a bit and want to cover all my bases before I make my final decision on this one.Īnother thought. By the way, it will be used for a little rabbit, good amount of dove, little quail, and a little bit of fun with the sporting clays.Ĭomments/Suggestions? I'm open for other ideas. The guy there did say I could find a wood stock but they haven't had one in stock for a bit. Benelli was all black and I feel like if I'm paying as much as I am, and using for what I'm planning, I want a darn good looking gun. I loved the look and feel of the Silver hunter, didn't care much for the feel of the Winchester, and loved the feel but not the look of the Benelli. I stopped by BPS in Cincy today on my way back from a work trip and checked out the Browning Silver hunter, a Winchester semi auto, and the Benelli M2. I know I'd be limited with my budget on an over/under but wanted to get opinions.
#Benelli m2 vs franchi affinity upgrade#
First and only shotgun at this point and I'd like to upgrade to either an over/under or preferably an auto loader. I've been using the ole trusty 870 for the last 16 years. Enough to where I can finally get a new shotgun and not spend much out of pocket. So I've been holding onto my bass pro points from my credit card and have a bunch of gift cards laying around.
